How to make Thai sauce- For SEAFOODS!
Ingredients:
2 or 3 cloves roughly chopped garlic
2 cleaned and roughly chopped cilantro (stems and roots)
6 chopped green thai chillis
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt to taste
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you a rough paste consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning according to your taste . ENJOY
