#Ingredients :
- 5 pairs of ati ampela
- Sugar
- 2 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250ml of tamarind water
- Potatoes
- Java Sugar
- Salt and sugar
- 10 pieces of red pepper
- 15 onions
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- Leaf greetings
- Acid Jaca to taste.

#Ways of making :
A. Saute the onion slices.
B. Add ati ampela, tamarind, and sugar. Mix well and let stand until ati ampela ripen.
C. Peel the potatoes as sufficiently. Cut into cubes.
D. Heat oil and fry potatoes until browned.
E. Blend 10 pieces of red chili, 15 red onions, 1 garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, bay leaves and tamarind to taste.
H. Sauteed spices that have been smooth to fragrant.
I. Add Java sugar and bay leaf, cook until the sugar is melted.
J. Put ati ampela and potatoes. Stir until the spices soak and evenly.
K. Add sugar and salt, stirring evenly.
L. Let stand until dry on low heat for 5 minutes. Lift and serve together with ketupat.
