YES!! We eat like this everyday!! Fresh herbs and produce from the garden grown with love, prepared sustainably, cooking done on handmade rocket stoves and cobb ovens (made with dirt we dig from our own land), heated with fire created by wood intended for the dump. NO electricity bill, NO wood bill, NO gas bill, NO grocery bill, NO appliance bill.....oh so many sustainable realities!! THIS is how one gets free food.
