#foodphotography - Mushrooms fried in cauldron

As I wrote earlier, this Saturday I went with my friends to the Carpathians for mushrooms. The weather was not very lucky, it was almost always raining, although it was not strong and did not bother us too much in a dense forest. We found not too many Boletus edulis, which were our main goal, but there were plenty of Russula and some more Cantharellus cibarius, Boletus badius, Leccinum aurantiacum and Honey mushrooms in the woods. When we returned to the camp, the mushrooms that were easiest to cook (they do not need to boil), we roasted in a butter, on an open fire (we have already cleaned and washed these mushrooms). Despite the fact that we forgot the salt, the dish was very delicious and we ate all the fried mushrooms!

Як я вже писав, цієї суботи я з друзями їздив в Карпати по гриби. З погодою не надто пощастило, майже постійно падав дощ, хоча він був не сильний і в густому лісі не надто нам заважав. Ми знайшли не надто багато білих грибів, які були нашою основною метою, проте в лісі було вдосталь сироїжок і ще трохи лисичок, польських грибів, підосичників та опеньок. Коли ми повернулися в табір, то гриби, які найлегше приготувати (їх не потрібно відварювати) ми підсмажили в казані на маслі, на відкритому вогні (гриби ми перед тим почистили і помили). Не зважаючи на те, що ми забули сіль, страва вийшла дуже смачною і всі смажені гриби ми з'їли!
