Today I wanna post about indonesian food — Soto Ayam. This kinda food is good to combine with the rice for our lunch.

Soto Ayam is one of the popular foods in Indonesia. The colour is yellow, because the basic ingredient is turmeric which has the yellow colour.

The main ingredients for cooking Soto Ayam is chicken, turmeric, garlic, onion, salt, galangal, etc.
You can add vermicelli, boiled eggs, fried onions to make Soto Ayam more special and delicious.
