Shoyu at Terakawa Ramen - Foodphotography
On Friday, my friends took me to a delicious ramen restaurant. Terakawa is located on N 9th Street in Philadelphia.
The dish I ordered was the Shoyu. Light soy sauce and chicken brother with egg noodles topped with chicken, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions, fish cake (naruto) and a seasoned boiled egg.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this dish. The broth was rich and savory. The egg and chicken were pleasantly cooked and all of the ingredients were so fresh!
