After a good nights rest, it was time for a “decent” breakfast.

Another Broken Egg Cafe far exceeded my expectations!

I had a craving for chicken and waffles so BJ obliged.

The waffles were fluffy and sweet. The chicken was juicy, crispy and salty. The bacon was crispy and the sweet and spicy syrup that accompanied the dish was the perfect fusion of flavors to start my day.

Bj had the shrimp and grits and enjoyed it.
