A very simple and delicious Apple pie...

Hello everyone!

Today I want to share a recipe for a very simple and delicious apple pie. I really like baking with apples, it has an amazing taste and smell!!!

We need:

• flour - 180 g
• baking powder - 1,5 tsp
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• butter - 85 g
• sugar - 175 g
• eggs - 1
• milk - 120 g
• apples - 2 PCs.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder. In a separate cup with a mixer mix butter and sugar. Add the egg, mix. Add the milk and stir again. Next, add the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula. Pour the dough into a mold, spread the apples on top, cut into slices. Top lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake first at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 155 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
