Envolved with serrano ham, with Pok Choi and pod. And of course with some red wine 🍷 !

According to http://www.heath.com : asparagus is packed with good-for-you vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, C, E, K, and B6, as well as folate, iron, copper, calcium, protein, and fiber. Thanks to all these nutrients, asparagus offers some serious health perks.

      Asparagus is a great anti-oxidant. I live on a little island off the coast of Virginia, USA, and asparagus grows wild here 😉. I love it! Great post my friend!

      Hello my friend @obscurepix! Thanks for your addition on the benefits of this vegetable. Also did not know they are common in VA, USA 🇺🇸. In Germany 🇩🇪 is currently asparagus season as well! I love it too 😋.
