Cannelloni pasta with yellow cheese and basil.

Components :

  • 25 g of yellow cheese
  • cannelloni pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • a packet of frozen spinach - 400 g
  • 250 g of white cheese - preferably rural
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cartons of tomatoes without cuticles
  • salt, pepper, basil

Method of preparing:

  1. Chop the onions into cubes.

  2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of coconut oil on a heated frying pan.

  3. Put chopped onions, crushed garlic, fry for a few minutes and then add the spinach and stew to achieve total thawing.

  4. When a smooth mass is made, add white cheese and add the egg, season with salt, pepper and fry for a few minutes.

  5. Stuffing put aside to cool. In the meantime, heat-resistant dish with oil.

  6. Fill the tubes with stuffing, place one next to the other, put basil leaves on top and pour the whole with tomatoes (puree) from the cartons.

  7. Put in a preheated oven, bake 40 minutes at 200 degrees C.

  8. After 30 minutes of baking, remove from the oven sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake the remaining 10 minutes.

  9. The whole can be decorated with a fresh leaf of basil and add green peas.
