THE BEST GINSENG CHICKEN SOUP- MY FAVORITE RED PICKLED CUCUMBER, STIR FRIED MEAT, SOUP

Can never get enough of the ginseng chicken at this place.

Love how people eat this all year round. Warms you up in the winter and supposedly cools you down in the summer. Chicken soup places are packed on the hottest day of the year (yes, there’s a day designated as the hottest day). Won’t add much details about the food since I’ve posted about this place before. Really should try new places.

The Dude finished it off with free ice cream.
