I had some ramen for lunch today and I was trying to calculate how much water goes into a 24" pot?

I have to confess that I did not know it was a "Ramen". I had to look for it in Goggle ... It looks like it's a tasty dish. My mouth watered. What punishment, it's 2:00 pm and I have not had lunch yet ... haha
Its a classic Japanese dish.
I was thinking the same thing @otage. I couldn't work out how you get 120 pounds of bones in a 24" pot! 😁
I looked it up and its over 160 quarts so its like a small barrel!
