Mediterranean Tuna's Fiorentina steak
Sicily, small Island called Favignana, mainly populated by fishermans whose main market is based on Tuna fishing following the traditional way to collect Tunas called Mattanza.
Fresh Blue Fin Tuna is prepared in a moltitude of different ways here, from slow-food sandwiches to pasta and finally the very famous Tuna Fiorentina Steak.
700 gr (1.5 lb) of delicious fresh Tuna slightly cooked on a grill, topped with local Pistachio , over a sauce made of olives' oil, lemon and cilantro.
So juicy and marbled you can't stop eating it!
