Thanks. They were so good. Wish you were all here to taste. We got so many jackfruits in the garden... so definitely more to come. Do you have a recipe for your version?
That's such a luxury to have them grow in your garden :D.
Hmm not really.. we just used a pre-made bbq sauce and blended with the jackfruit. Had it in the oven for a while, thore it apart when it got tender and blended with more sauce.
Then we served it with salad and coleslaw :D.
I feel very blessed. I'll try them as a burger soon. Thanks ;)
