Low carb cheeseburger casserole
Holy smokes, this is really good! Also, it doesnt have specialty ingredients, and easy to make. I did use frozen cauliflower instead of fresh because it was less expensive and had the benefit of me not needing to cut it up. I really dont enjoy cutting up heads of cauliflower. Recipe link:
