I can't show alas, but tell easily!
To cut an eggplant lengthways on long strips. To salt and leave for 20 minutes to lie. Then to fry on vegetable oil on both sides. To lay out on a napkin that excess oil has flown down.
To cut small greens of a krop and parsley. to crush garlic and to mix with greens, to add vinegar to them - 1 tablespoon.
On each strip of an eggplant to lay out a greens and garlic stuffing and to turn in rolls, to allow to infuse 30 minutes and it is possible to use with the great pleasure. It is very tasty!
