Charity Bazaar at Taman Sari Park
Chicken meat served as a menu in making kebab turki in Taman Sari Kota Banda Aceh, Saturday (7/4/2018). Kebabs and other Turkish specialties are served in the framework of a charity bazaar for Qur'an memorizers studying in Aceh.
This middle eastern food is highly sought after by Acehnese people. These foods are widely sold outside the middle east as in Europe and America. The name kebab comes from Arabic meaning roast beef. The slices of the meat are usually served with vegetables and mayonnaise sauce. This food is very tasty and suitable for lunch or dinner.
