Caramel Semifreddo with Roasted Almonds💗

This Italian-style semifreddo , a super easy and delectable frozen treat ,will have everyone swooning and is one of my favorite desserts for summer!!💗
This is not really an ice cream, but a rich, delicious and velvety alternative!! Creamy, light, with bites of crunchy roasted almonds (you can use also salted roasted almonds), silky texture, sweet caramel sauce, with vanilla flavor and by far one of the best treats for hot and beautiful summer days!
You won't be able to resist..

ingredients:

roasted almonds (salted optional)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 packages non dairy whipping cream
2 egg yolks
homemade caramel sauce
vanilla extract
coffee extract (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar

method:

prepare the whipped cream according to the instructions and let cool in the refrigerator
mix ,in a food processor, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and coffee extract and stir well
add milk and caramel sauce and mix until smooth
stop stirring and add almonds and whipped cream and mix well
put the mixture in a loaf tin and freeze overnight
serve with extra caramel sauce
