Food photography: Mexican Yummy-Yummy Street Food

Tasty and cheap! This is probably the first thing that comes on my mind when I´m thinking about Mexican street food.

Today I wanna share some food photos from the best local market in Playa.
On the first one is Taco, traditional Mexican dish composed of a corn tortilla rolled around a filling.
It can be made with a variety of fillings,for example carnitas, chorizo, shrimp, al pastor and many others.
Once you decide what kind of filling you want, there is another question about salsa (salsa roja, salsa verde, pico del gallo..) This delicious one costs just 15 pesos :)

Other delicatessen is Burrito, that consists of a flour tortilla with various other ingredients. The fillings may include boiled beans or refried beans, lettuce, salsa, meat, guacamole, cheese, sour cream and various vegetables. Burrito sizes can be very large. Price is usually around 45 pesos :)

THE FUNNIEST FACT EVER: The word burrito means "little donkey" in Spanish, so this name possibly derives from the tendency for burritos to contain a lot of different things similar to how a donkey would be able to carry a lot! :D
