40 g flour
60 g of vegetable oil
Salt, ground pepper - to taste

Directions
Sprat clear the ridges.
Rinse under water, dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Divided into four parts and formed into patties.
Egg whisk .Bitochki dip in flour and beaten egg. Fry on hot oil on both sides, cover and cook until ready.
