Mini Tostadas Mexicanas de Pernil Venezolano
Uno de los placeres en la vida, es comer..!! En esta ocasión, se nos antojo unas mini tostadas de pernil... aunque teníamos pocos ingredientes, la imaginación no nos dejo mal y aquí les muestro el paso a paso...
Preparando la masa:
Para iniciar, realizaremos una mezcla de Harina de Trigo y Maseca, con un toque de sal; le colocamos suficiente agua hasta lograr una masa compacta y suave, que no deje residuos en el envase.
Procedemos a realizar pequeñas pelotitas de masa, a las que se procedera a aplanar y dorar en un budare caliente.
Preparando el Pernil:
Seguidamente, cortamos en tiritas nuestra proteina, lavamos muy bien con un poquito de vinagre y colocamos salsa de soya, adobo, comino y especias a nuestro gusto, sofreímos hasta dorar, colocamos cebollín cortadito y ajonjolí. Se procede a armar las tostadas con ingredientes adicionales a tu gusto: lechuga, tomate, cebolla, mayonesa, entre otros..!!
Simplemente resta Disfrutar..!! Buen Provecho...!!
