DAIRY COCKTAIL WITH BANAN IN BLENDER

Greetings to all Stimets! Today I want to share with you a recipe how to make a banana cocktail with milk in a blender.
A few words about the banana: a tropical fruit helps to overcome depression because of the high content of tryptophan, which is converted into a hormone of happiness.

Cocktail can make any teenager.
Ingredients: take one glass of milk - 150 grams, a banana - 1,
ice cream -50 - 80 grams, if you like sweet, then add sugar - 1 teaspoon.

Clean the banana, cut into several pieces and put in the bowl of the blender.
Add the milk.

Whisk all the ingredients for about 30 seconds until the mixture is uniform. Then add the ice cream and whisk until the foam appears.

To prepare a cooling drink you can do without ice cream. Drink at once. If it stays that it starts to get dark.
You can also add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder. Drink is obtained with a chocolate taste.

Here is a cocktail I got. Through a pipe I drink nicer and longer.
