Very simple recipe and quickly prepared.

Ingredients: Cabbage -1 pcs. Carrots - 1 pc. Large onions - 1 pc. Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
Sunflower or olive oil, tomato juice - (one glass, or a little more) , or tomato paste, salt, sugar.
But you can and other proportions, salt and sugar to taste.

We cut cabbage with straws, carrot on a large grater, cut onions and peppers.
In the frying pan pour oil to cover the bottom a bit. Sprinkle the cut vegetables, put them on the stove and light the fire. You can close the lid.

From time to time, stir, you can add oil even if necessary. After ten minutes, pour the tomato juice, salt and pour a drop of sugar.Try the taste and if you need to add salt. For ten minutes to put out under the lid on low heat and all. Done.
You can serve as an additive to the garnish, to the potatoes or porridge. You can add meat or stew. What to like.
