A light summer night dinner

This was our dinner a couple of days ago:

  • salmon with garlic, parsley and lemon
  • bacon-wrapped chicken slices with prunes
  • cucumber salad and
  • pancakes

Do you like it? It is super-easy and light (well, the pancakes are not, but the kids like it... :-D)
