Healthy Locally Grown Vegetables
Nature around us has given us all we need, air to breath, sun for light, trees for making shelter, even fruit and vegetables to sustain us and nourish our inner beings. Even the animals were here to be sacrifices providing us with meat and milk.
Yet we go to what's synthetic, one which doesn't come from the ground. With minerals but were made in the labs. To that crackers formulated in factories, chips made to satisfy our salty cravings and a lot more on the list.
The funny truth is, when we realized our health is already in the verge of failure, that is the only time that we go back to nature.

Sad but true sis. I myself is guilty of this. But I'm grateful that I grew up in a home where fruits and vegetables are grown in our backyard that's why until now, paborito ko parin kahit anung gulay. Health surely is wealth. Ganda ng photo by the way sis.❤

once na maiintindihan ng mga tao kung gaano ka importante ang mga gulay, kakain na rin sila nyan.. hirap talaga magtagalog sis..ehhehe

Hahahaha. That's okay sis. Makahibawo man ko gamay ra nga bisaya (Not sure if that's even correct) kay from Negros lang man baya ko. I think it's human nature na na we sometimes neglect our health once wala namang nararamdamang sickness or what.
