Kusinang Pinoy #2: Binagoongang Gulay (Diningdeng)
Hello my fellow Steemians! Today,I want to share what I cooked today! I made Binagoongang Gulay,they said it's more like Diningdeng in 'Ilocano's Dishes". We all know that Ilocano's wants a Bagoong in every way of their dishes. This one I cooked has no salt ever! It has only Bagoong na Isda. And it goes like this....
I used different kinds of vegetales and bagoong na isda...
My Ingredients:
Bagoong Na Isda (Optional)
Alukbati
Okra, cut
Kamoteng Baging, cut
Bunga ng Malunggay, cut
Onion, cut
Garlic, minced
Tomato, cut
Ginger, cut
Small Ampalaya (Bitter melon), cut
Cooking Oil for sauteing
My Procedure:
1.) Saute the Garlic, Onion, Tomato and Ginger with Bagoong Na Isda.
2.) Put the Bunga ng Malunggay, Okra, Kamoteng Baging and Ampalaya.
3.) Put some water (optional),bring to boil.
4.) Put the Alukbati on the pot and let it simmer for 3minutes.
5.) Serve it with Hot Steamed Rice to enjoy your food!
