Chicken afritada

My afritadang manok. I must admit I like the version where I used tomato sauce rather than the mama sita mix powder. For me it tasted like medicine but my husband told me it is very deliscious (he likes all my food - even it tastes good or bad. Lol) This is my entry for food photography.
