Rhubarb is a perennial herbaceous plant. They eat rhubarb cuttings. Caloric content is 16 kilocalories. Rhubarb contains a large number of vitamins, microelements. From rhubarb prepare compotes, jelly, kvass, stuffing for pies. Kissel from rhubarb is used in dietotherapy for bowel dysfunction.

Thanks for sharing this...I used to have problems going to the bathroom but it got better after I did a specific detox...this is good to know because now that I'm adopting a keto lifestyle I need to upgrade on my veggie intake...thanks again
