Hello everyone!.....Kamusta po sa lahat ng Steemian's:-)) I am now sharing sa lahat my home-made Patatim and stir-fry cabbage. Patatim is popular Pork leg Filipino dish ito ay halos magkasingtulad ng Paksiw na pata. ito ay may mga sangkap ng Soy sauce, Oyster Sauce, Garlic, Onion, star anis, pepper, and dried Banana flower.

What makes this dish appetizing aside from its flavor is the meat it should be very tender and the skin like gelatin texture and thick savory sauce.

Stir Fry Cabbage

Making of this dish is so easy and very affordable. just simply stir fry one to two minutes until the cabbage begins to wilt, then add the salt, oyster sauce, and continue cooking for one minute until just wilted. the cabbage should be crisp and tender.

Fried Tofu- tofu is known as bean curd... just fry the Tofu in oil until light brown, Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, and sugar. mix it.
Slice the Tofu into bite size and put the sauce on top, garnish with fried garlic and serve.
