Homemade Ramen soup! - Criollo Ramen version
I prepared this ramen soup at home. I made a broth with 1lt of water based on bones and pork meat then added salt, bit of garlic, ginger, a spoon of oil and soy sauce with mushrooms to taste. I cooked the noodles (spaghetti) separately. Then I prepared with local ingredients available the toppings: broccoli, bell pepper, boiled egg and carrots. I chopped some coriander and scallions also. I called it Criollo Ramen to identify that is made with local toppings. It was delicious!
Preparé esta sopa de ramen en casa. hice un caldo con 1 litro de agua a base de huesos y carne de cerdo, luego agregué sal, un poco de ajo, gengibre, una cucharada de aceite y salsa de soja con champiñones al gusto. Preparé los fideos (espagueti) por separado. Luego preparé con los ingredientes locales disponibles las coberturas: brócoli, pimiento, huevo cocido y zanahorias. Corté un poco de cilantro y cebollines también. Lo llamé Ramen Criollo para identificar que está hecho con coberturas locales. ¡Estaba delicioso!
