Foodphotography - Food from the Steetfood Festival

In Summer 2015 i visited the Steetfood Festival in Linz for some tasty food from all around the world. There where a lot of different food trucks at the harbour in Linz and you where able to choose from different tastes. I tried a hotdog a sweet waffle with Ice cream and different drinks. It was a pretty hot day and a lot of people where visiting the festival, it was a pretty small area with the foodtrucks and i wish there would have been a little more Choice of food. The food i choose was pretty nice but a little expensive.

Because of the hot weather i drank a lot of different drinks. But don't assume i drank Alcohol, no most of them where special fruit juices with water.

Because i had to get home with my car i didn't drank any alcohol but i really liked the Barkeeper mixing different drinks and i watched him for a while. Because i love hot dogs the foodtruck with the hotdogs was on my priority list. You could choose from several different toppings and they did really taste well. All of the foodtrucks where pretty well visited and i had to wait for several minutes to get served.

Because the Area where the Streetfood Festival took place was not really big, it became pretty crowded soon so i left the festival right after i had enough from eating. What i really liked was that all the food was prepared freshly. I wasn't jealous of the people working in the food trucks because it was pretty hot and together with the fire or the oven they had there it must have been torture to work there for several hours in the heat. The only ones who could cool themselves down a bit where the workers at the Ice Cream truck, where i a bought a waffle with Ice cream and marmelade.

I also liked the open fireplaces where they grilled meat and vegetables as well as fish over the fire. The only bad thing about the festival was that most of the food was pretty big, much to much for one person trying several dishes, and the prices where also acordingly. I would have prefered smaller pieces and cheaper prices so you could taste more different dishes.
