A Swedish Classic - Karleksmums

This luscious chocolate and coconut sponge is to die for. When I was a kid my step mom made the best ones, but this one was baked by my partner. Here's a recipe if anyone feels like trying to bake one.

Shot with the GFX50S + Contax 645 120mm and a ELB400 with a Elincrhom deep umbrella (120cm).
