Bruschetta breakfast
Aloha Steemians,
Because it was weekend I started the day with a better than normal breakfast and prepared bruschetta with some leftover bread that I baked yesterday (for homemade falafel kebab).
So simple and so good. Tomatoes, onions, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil mixed together on crunchy bread and on top parmesan shavings and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
That was a great way to start the day (with a nice garlic breath =)

Next weekend: belgian bacon waffles :P
