Alternative McDonald's breakfast 奇葩的麦当劳早餐吃法

What do you expect from McDonald's breakfast? I usually take my McD breakfast early in the morning before 7am, so I can hit the road before traffic become too bad.

你有吃过麦当劳早餐吗？对它有什么期望？我呢，基本上就是早上七点之前一定要把早餐吃完然后赶路去上班，免得迟了就遇上堵车就辛苦了。

I ordered a double sausage muffin with egg, and asked for a packet of grape jam. Usually, if you ordered a pancake or big breakfast, you'll get this grape jam, maple syrup and butter. And if the counter doesn't give you, you can actually request one from them. What I'm about to share is going to make your jaw drop.

我点了爽鸡柳蛋满分，另外在要求多一包葡萄果酱。不晓得其他国家有派果酱吗？在马来西亚，如果你在麦当劳点了一份热香饼或大早餐，通常就会有枫叶糖浆，果酱和奶油配上。如果服务员不给，去投诉他！拿果酱来干嘛？接下来要和你分享的就是让你看了嘴巴合不起来。

Squeeze these grape jam on to your breakfast sausage muffins! What?! Yes you heard me right. Open the muffin, squeeze the jam on to the meat.

将果酱浇在肉饼上。什么？！你有没有搞错？！没搞错，就是讲果酱浇在满分鸡柳上面。把松饼面包打开，将果酱浇上，就是这么简单。

This is my double sausage muffin with the grape jam. Now you'll be asking why would I eat it this way. This was inspired by a middle east restaurant I had a steak mixed with marmelaid. It may sounded weird, but the idea is to increase the sweetness and juiciness of the meat patty from McD. How often do you taste a perfectly skew patty from McD? Usually they're over cooked and dried. Added sometimes if the turn over is low, the patty will be stuck in the heater resting for long and become even drier than usual. So, adding this jam will increase the sweetness of the meat as well as moisturizing it.

这个就是我的爽鸡柳满分加蛋。一口咬下去，那种爆浆感觉不是一般高级餐厅做得到的。让我来告诉你，这个想法其实是我有到过一间中东人的西餐厅去用餐。当时那中东厨师巧妙地用橘子果酱将牛肉弄得又甜又多汁。虽然听起来觉得很奇葩，但是吃下去的享受是嘴巴。试想想，在麦当劳的鸡柳有什么时候是煎得恰到好处的？基本没有，不是炸得太硬，就是炸得太干。尤其是人流比较少的早晨，鸡柳煎好了放在柜子里都干了。咬起来好像纸皮一样。果酱可以带给煎得太干的鸡柳滋润，更可以在这块已经被炸得体无完肤的鸡柳上增添一点甜味。所以，加上果酱的鸡柳满分，爆浆感和味觉刺激感都满分。食相要注意一下是真的。
