Cuisine in the middle east is usually very good. I think it's because they attract top chefs from around the world to add to their traditional practices. For example, I know the pastry chef for the Bahraini King. He's a British guy and is very talented. I've been lucky enough to test his skills!

Oman is definitely on my radar too. It looks like a brilliant blend of great weather, middle eastern culture and more of an outdoors life. We are keeping an eye out for teaching jobs there.
