Happy Monday - Food Contest Photography
Now is the season for Hairy Crab in Yang Chenghu lake region in Suzhou, so here is my participation in the food contest held by @juliank.

How to prepare Hairy Crab
- Do not untie the crab.
- Use a soft toothbrush to remove dirt from the exterior shell.
- Line tray with perilla leaves.
- Place crab, underside up, in a row.
- Steam crab over high heat for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the size.
- Eat while it is hot.
How to Eat
- Break away all claws.
- Remove the top shell.
- Clear away the white-coloured sacs, stomach and heart.
- Dip meat into black vinegar with minced ginger.
- Ideally, end the meal with a cup of hot ginger tea.
