2 tomates
2 oignons
Parsley
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Cooking time: 20 min

Step 1
You must first cook the lentils in water for 20 minutes, check their cooking and drain them.
2nd step
Mince the onions , cut the tomatoes , and mix everything with the lentils.
Step 3
Then add a little chopped parsley , a good drizzle of olive oil and vinegar.
Step 4
Finally add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
This salad is eaten cold or warm.
