Very often I cook food in the house because we like to go outside and eat in our favorite Restaurant but this morning we woke up very early and went to the market to buy seafood, we got a lot of shrimp, lapu- lapu fish, shells and squid but my boyfriend decided to have fish tonight and he really likes it when I cook it this way 😉
It's like the escabeche dish but steaming the fish is much healthier than frying it. Right?
How bout you guys? Would you prefer to steam the fish or fry?
