Filipino Feast

We had some visitors last week. Balikbayans, our Godparents from the US, were in town. My parents invited them and some other friends in our home. We had a Filipino Feast!

Crispy Pata. Deep fried pig trotters or knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip

Pansit Malabon.

Pork Barbeque.

Bopis. Pork or beef lungs and heart sautéed in tomatoes, chilies and onions

Kare-kare.  Oxtail and beef tripe stew with a thick savory peanut sauce.

Royal and Coke.

I was not able to take photos of the Pansit Molo, Pixie's Sinugba, and the different kinds of dessert because I already started eating (",)

Now I'm hungry again >.<
