Beef Satai from Aceh District (Its Called Sate Matang)

Why the name of this food is "sate matang"? Its because the first person who sell this food is from Matang. "Matang" is one of the place name in Aceh district.

This satai served with beef soup, special roasted peanut sauce and rice. The taste is very good. This is one of my favorite food.
