Cereal?
My daughter prefer cereal for breakfast and dinner. The colours, the taste and the shapes that attracts them. I think it's not harm if they eat cereal but not too much or daily...
Indeed the taste is sweet with different flavors but we as a parents should know that it's added with high in sugar and refined grain.
Last weeks, my daughter's is not feeling well. She didn't want to ate anything and not even milk. Luckily she want to drink white waters and cereal. For calories and energy, I let's her take.
But the problem is now. She want to eat cereal in the morning and evening. She even tell me she want to bring her cereal to school to shared with her friends. When we in the market, she even picked her cereal based on the package. The colourful package surely attract the kids.

Colourful things sure attract kids more compare one plain colour thing. Hopefully your daughter will slowly understand when you explain to her about the good and bad or the food she chose.
