Grilled Salmon
This is grilled salmon one of my favorite fish, it is so tasty and delicious.
Health Benefits of Salmon Fish.
- It contains omega -3 fatty acids that essential to lower blood pressure. It also fights inflammation and reduces the risk factor for any disease;
- It is a source of protein.
- Salmon is rich in Vitamin B such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, and B12. These vitamins are essential for proper functioning of our nervous system such as the brain.
- Salmon is a source of Potassium which is essential for water retention in our body.
- It is rich in selenium that is essential to our bone, thyroid gland and it helps reduces the risk of cancer.

Procedure for Salmon grilled recipe:
- Clean the Salmon fish.
- Rub salt and black pepper around the salmon fish.
- Prepare a grid and charcoal.
- Grilled in just short minutes.
- Serve hot.
