Wedding feast
Ever been to a wedding function and all you could remember was how good one of the dishes were that you kept thinking and talking about it for days?
I am not a very picky person in terms of food, and while I try my best to be mindful about it, I do enjoy good food and snacks.
People say when it comes to weddings, an the end of the day the things that most people would remember is how beautiful the bride was in all her glory and whether the food at their banquet was good.
Today was one of those days that one of the banquet dishes crossed my mind, and it was from my youngest sister's wedding.
Presenting to you, the Teriyaki Roasted Pork Ribs.
Oh yes, it was glorious.
Imagine the soft and succulent meat roasted into tender perfection, the beautiful juicy fat and meat gracefully falling off its bones with every gentle bite. The roasted aroma of the meat coupled with the slathered Teriyaki marinate and a hint of garlic galore, mmm just thinking about it makes my mouth salivate.
It was definitely one of the highlights that night. The dish was gone in a matter of minutes!
Wish we could grab some of 'em glorious ribs again. They were divine.

YUM!!!! I love pork ribs, especially BELLY ribs! I actually haven't made them in ages... perhaps I will do that this week :)
Now .. that's why Chinese restaurant is the best place to hold weddings. They serve the best dishes
