Mie Aceh is one of the special foods originating from Aceh-Indonesia, Mie Aceh made from flour, yellow and thick, looks like spaghetti. Aceh noodles are available in fried noodles, wet fries and sauce noodles, which is unique from aceh noodle is this noodle can be combined with various kinds of meat, eggs and seafood, thus increasing the flavor of the noodles.

What makes Aceh's special noodle is the secret ingredient of the Aceh noodle chef, this spice looks like a red sauce made up of various herbs that are ground and then cooked.

Mie Aceh is usually served with additional fried onions, chips, cucumbers, onions and lime slices.
