Seco de pollo
Ingredientes
4 porciones de pollo
Cebolla
Tomate
Ajo
Pimenton
Sal al gusto
Zanahoria
Preparacion
Pones el pollo en un poco de agua apenas oara cubrirlo ,adicionas el resto de ingredientes finamente picados y cocerlo durante 25 minutos
Puedes adicionar papa en rodajas gruesas a cocer en caso que lo hagas dejala 5 minutos mas
Los vegetales que uses para dar sabor seran tambien a tu gusto .
Servir con arroz blanco .

Yo no soy amante a la cebolla ,ni a los aliños en exageracion ,se ve bien atractivo por los colores el plato ,pero yo los hago a un ladito
