Mondonguito a la italiana
Una receta mas del Perú
Ingredientes
1 libra de mondongo cocido en trocitos
Papas fritas
Arvejas cocidas
Queso parmesano .
Cebolla
Tomate
Laurel
Perejil picado
Procedimiento
Sofreir la cebolla el tomate .
Adicionar el mondonguito que ya tenías previamente cocido .
Adicionar las arvejas cocidas .
Adicionar las papas fritas
Servir con arroz blanco
Y adornar con perejil picado
El queso parmesano es opcional .
Y sazonar con laurel
Esta receta la preparo mi amigo y me envio la foto y la receta para que yo la comparta con ustedes mis queridos steemians
Yo no la serviria con tanto arroz
