Jellab drink is a cold beverage mostly famous in Lebanon it gives energy and freshness.

It can be made with Date molasses or raisin molasses.

  • It’s preparation very easy it’s done by grinding the raisin or dates without the seeds.
  • Add some Lemon juice, sugar and rose water.
  • We place the flaming incense in a dish and cover it with the Jellab for several hours (to give it the special touch of odor and taste).
  • Let the mixture boil on fire until it is concentrated, after that it’s placed aside until it’s cold (or in frigerator) and it’s ready to drink.
  • Can be topped with raw nuts for more good taste and benefits.

Quantities added of ingredients depend on your taste.
