Ulog 3: My #foodmodel contest entry

Was scrolling through my feed and saw that @iamjadeline, like many other great Steemian, is now gonna involve the community more with hosting a contest!

Being her personal friend, I'm resteeming and 💯% upvoting the contest post to support the winners and hopefully the start of a great hashtag.

It's a fairly easy contest, which are the best, and I'm sure many people with their busy lives and schedules can join it because, like the title of my post, it has to do with food!

So whether you're busy or not, everyone has got to eat and you can now eat, snap a picture, post it on the blockchain and stand a chance to WIN some STEEM!

For me, since I've started ulogging as well, I thought I'd kill 2 birds with 1 stone 😁

ANYWAYS..... Here's my upload for the contest.

Middle Eastern food outlets and restaurants have mushroomed around the whole of Kuala Lumpur since about 5-6 years back. We've seen even more of them popping up here and there in the past year and I'm not one to complain.

The food is not something we grew up with but now get to enjoy without travelling thousands of miles away.

Here's a shawarma meal I had at a nearby mall (Melawati Mall). It was at a small corner where these guys were making their awesome tasting wraps.

The condiments on the side were pickled gherkins, cucumber slices and carrot slices. You could get some freshness added with every bite of the soft toasted flat bread and thinly sliced kebab.

It also came with fries and a side of coleslaw. A full and hearty meal to give you an energy boost for the rest of the day.
