Foodmodel week 4 entry: Double Cheeseburger!
It's another week of #foodmodel contest and this is turning out to be a really fun and easy contest to earn some extra STEEM courtesy of supermom/blogger @iamjadeline.

For this week I'm entering the contest with non other that my own creation and hottest selling item on my food truck's menu, our Signature CHEESEBURGER!
(Signature double cheeseburger)
The one above here in the picture is a double cheeseburger with extra cheese. The beef patties are in-house ground where we can control the ratio of meat and fat.
We use a 25:75 fat to meat ratio for our patties and each patty is around 1/4 pounds.
We serve it with local coral lettuce and tomatoes that are grown on Cameron Highlands. It's shipped down to the city here in Kuala Lumpur and we get them as fresh as we can, every 1-2 days.
Next it's topped with a spicy garlic aioli. I can't tell you what's in this but one of the ingredients is premium grade imported Hungarian Smoked Paprika. This makes all the difference and an absolutely perfect pairing for this burger.
It's then stacked with the show stopper beef patty that we put a slice of America cheddar cheese on and melted for around 10 seconds on the flat top just before the meat is done.
It's served in between charcoal burger buns which we get from a local baker with no preservatives and made through natural fermentation which gives it a real bite and fresh yeasty taste to the burger.
After 1 year of tweaking what has now become our Signature Cheeseburger, we've made for you what we think is the perfect burger.
You can find us burgergilerpower most of the time parked at Taman Melawati infront of Khatulistiwah Café from 6:30pm to 11:00pm serving up these awesome burgers.
