Your post is short but informative and the best part is every part is understandable. I must say we need to minus alcohol from our diet.

Well, I had no alcohol :) The image to the left is an alcohol-free beer and the image to the right is a home-made lemonade.

Several studies indicate that little amounts of alcohol might be beneficial to your health. Little means less than a small glass of wine. Everything in moderation, I guess.
